Within Data Management & Architecture in the Data Distribution Grid solutions are implemented that enable accelerated data-driven decisions. As a Data Advisor you translate the strategic vision to the functional implementation of the products and processes, with a strong focus on enabling the Data Users to use the correct and combined datasets in a governed, traceable and secure manner.

As an Enterprise Data Advisor you play a pivotal role in the Data Distribution Grid, with focus on ‘Data Lineage’. Data Lineage is a Data Distribution capability that has the ability to enable the capturing, management and visualisation of the origins, movement, characteristics and transformations of data as it moves through the organisation across various systems, processes and people. The capability is supported by a variety of products and services, led by product owners, development teams, UX designers and domain architects that create incremental improvements and additions to these products and services on a quarterly basis.
Some examples of your responsibilities:
- Continuously align with Business Stakeholders to advise on how Data Lineage can bring value for them, and to understand their needs;
- Identify potential improvements and gaps in existing products and processes by bringing the outside-in view on Data Lineage;
- Translate the strategic vision to the functional implementation of the products and processes;
- Actively contribute to the drafting and maintenance of the necessary guidelines and data standards, and policy frameworks on Data Distribution with its focus on Data Lineage;
- Create awareness and involvement within the organisation by developing learning materials, publications, information meetings and all other forms of communication to enable adoption;
- Take care of priority, cooperation, knowledge sharing, and process and capabilities building with regard to the Data Distribution area of Data Lineage.

Je profiel
Master’s degree or similar
At least 3 years of experience with:
- Consulting, stakeholder management and communication
- Data Management & data integration
- Data Security, Data Governance and GDPR
- Understanding and bridging the world of Business and IT
- Fluent in English (understanding of Dutch is appreciated)
