Including identifying, valuing risks and mitigating measures with the aim of achieving operating effectiveness within the FEC domain. By interacting with different stakeholders within a dynamic environment, you bring everyone closer together. In this independent position of Lead Risk Control Partner you can make good use of your capabilities and contribute to the further development of FEC - First Line Risk.
Your responsibilities
- Managing a Risk Control Partner team ( ± 5 FTE)
- Supporting the executive and senior management of FEC departments, and the business in risk, control and compliance themes
- Timely identification of risks and obstacles that (may) affect the achievement of the agreed objectives
The First Line Risk (FLR), Risk Control Partners is a team in progress in a dynamic environment. The outline of the team’s strategic framework is clear. Within this framework there is room for your own interpretation in close cooperation with your fellow RCP colleagues. The dynamics offer plenty of opportunities, but also require flexibility. Not your typical nine to five job.

- You have at least 5 years of work experience that requires in-depth substantive knowledge of risk management (Risk Control Framework and the Risk Management Cycle);
- You have a critical basic attitude and are interested in working in a complex stakeholder field
- The ability to convey complex messages/projects in a simple, inspiring and impactful way to senior management
- You have a good command of the Dutch and English language, both verbally and in writing
- You enjoy working together and that goes beyond the necessary coordination.
