Key Responsibilities:

Research and implement recommendations for effective, creative, results oriented marketing communications, liaising as appropriate with internal and external stakeholders.
Analyse our strategies and understand (prospective) clients’ needs and strategic challenges.
Translate our strategy into strong positioning of our focus products, like responsible investing, alternative fixed income and core fixed income.
Execute that approach by initiating and leading projects to improve the presentation and perception of our products.
Build the story on our unique selling points with regards to our leading investment platforms and promote it through all available channels
Be the point of contact and take the lead for any content related request or opportunity in relation to our strategies and services

Required Qualifications:

Have deep knowledge of fixed income strategies from a marketing, sales or product development background
Proven experience in asset management marketing, preferably across international markets and with experience of marketing to institutional audiences.
Excellent knowledge of financial markets, investment products and client base.
Strong problem solving and writing skills with sound creative judgement.
Ability to interpret and present complex financial ideas and information in a way that is concise and compelling.
Excellent attention to detail and a relentless appetite to continually improve standards.
Ability to apply strategic and creative thinking to inform approach.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Disciplined, well organised with ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
Good MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills.
Fluent in English and Dutch, both verbal and written
Good sense of humor
