The corporate tax department is accountable for the tax line in the company’s global P&L. The function plays a critical role in relation to the net profit of the company and therefore contributes to a good living for our farmers in a sustainable way, overseeing the entire value chain. This implies in cross-functional projects with legal and the respective business group as well as supply chain to identify tax impact of proposals and on the company’s operating model next to ensure adherence to tax laws and regulations.

Wat we vragen

A completed master’s degree in Dutch Tax Law or Fiscal Economics
Deep understanding and working experiences in principle of transfer pricing
5 - 10 years of working experience at a large international tax advisory firm, preferably in combination with a couple of years experiences as in-house Tax Manager
Strong analytical, reasoning and problem-solving skills
Experiences in multinational working environment
Ability to perform collaboratively
Attention to details whilst having a balanced view in the entire value chain

In the capacity of Senior Transfer Pricing Specialist, you will be responsible for driving and supporting in various tax related topics including international Corporate Income Tax accounting and reporting, transfer pricing and BAPA, Tax governance and planning and providing guidance to local operating business tax and finance managers.

Take the lead in managing the tax (below EBIT) position of local operating company cross all regions
Provide practical and technical tax support to the global business
Manage and implement the tax strategy
Lead or participate in cross-departmental tax projects in order to identify and manage tax risks and tax policy developments
Participate in cross-departmental project teams
Support local operating companies in case of tax audits
Perform as tax SPOC for local countries
Review of legal documentation from a tax perspective to assure tax compliance
Manage tax compliance, working closely with TP and Tax Governance teams
Assist Regional Tax Director in M&A projects
